Who we are

Peaqok Ltd ("Peaqok", "we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 16929721, London. Peaqok is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC160180.

What we collect

Through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field.

We also use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site:

• Plausible, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally. It runs automatically and needs no consent, because it isn't capable of tracking you as an individual.
• Microsoft Clarity, which shows us anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of how visitors move through the site, and does use a cookie to do this. This only runs if you accept it via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or don't respond, it stays off.

You can change your Clarity cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Why we collect it

We use your contact form details for one reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. That's a legitimate business interest, not a legal obligation, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who else sees it

Your form submission is delivered to us using Formspree, a third-party form-processing service based in the United States. Formspree only ever sees what you type into the form. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit.

If you accept the Clarity cookie, anonymised browsing data is processed by Microsoft. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement for details.

We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as it's useful to respond to you and follow up on the conversation, and delete them once that's no longer needed. If we end up working together, relevant details are kept as part of that engagement's normal business records instead.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that's inaccurate
• delete your data
• stop using your data for a particular purpose

If how we handle your data changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
